Dr Edward Howell is a Lecturer in International Relations at the University of Oxford, the Korea Foundation Fellow at Chatham House, London, and Marshall Research Fellow at the Pharos Foundation. Edward’s research specialises on the international relations of East Asia, with particular expertise on the Korean Peninsula.
